Emily is the grease on the wheel. No grease, squeaky wheel. From the office to the fields, she brings the energy. From the garden, we harvest fresh herbs for lunch just about every day, and vegetables when in season. She makes the office feel like home!
Lacey Ann Smith
Sales & Web Gal
A slow drip erodes the stone, and that’s Lacey Ann. She never gets tired of a punch list. Cross one item off and add two, she don’t care. As web manager, she stays on top of inventory, sales, customer emails, marketing and the like. Being a direct-to-consumer farm, she works closely with customers. All day, every day…she’s representing The Brand!
Cody Barnes
Range Boss
Undoubtedly, every self-respecting outfit has a trusty Range Boss. Cody is the Farm Boss’s right hand man. He’s his eyes in the field. The Farm Boss may oversee day-to-day operations, but Cody is the workhorse on the ground. He moves cattle, walks temp fence, maintains irrigation lines, tends the layers, feeds Buddy and Bella, maintains fence lines, works events and the like. Like Lacey Ann, he represents The Brand; all day, every day!
Sarah Young
The Stand Around Gal
“The Stand Around Gal,” arguably, is the MVP of the team. Sarah is the gal that does whatever is asked. Often times, these are the things no else really wants to do. She washes and boxes eggs, counts inventory, restocks trailers, runs errands, delivers orders and the like. She’s very eager to help and is always smiling!
Buddy & Bella
Livestock Guardian Dogs (LGD)
The two hardest working employees on the farm. Buddy and Bella are sibling and have lived with our layer flock since they were puppies. Bella has a sweet soul, and is quick to tend the flock when danger lurks. Buddy is ferocious beast and is often the one that confronts said danger. They’re a force to be reckoned with; however, they’re gentle as gentle can be.
